March 24 – November 28, 2025 (Quarterly applications, subject to budget availability)

Pre-Support: Foreign companies planning to expand into Seoul in 2025–2026.
Investment Support: Companies in Seoul that attracted foreign investment from Dec 2024 to Nov 2025.
Post-Support: Companies with previous foreign investment (2022–2024) receiving additional investment in 2025.

Pre-Support – Up to KRW 10 million for market research, legal consulting, office space.
Investment Support – Up to KRW 20 million based on foreign investment size.
