Compared to the existing DC-axis motors, in-wheel motors benefit from:
1. Energy efficiency thanks to direct power transmission method
2. Speedy response because the wheels are controlled independently
3. Reducing the weight: as the weight is light so the battery mounting space becomes larger.
4. Received a pass in environmental performance, safety, and convenience.
5. Easy control of the motor by linking AI (artificial intelligence)

Although the in-wheel motor has not yet been commercialized, it has been classified into 29kw, 50kw, and 75kw class in-wheel motors.
In-wheel motors are applicable not only to electric vehicles, but also to various mobility applications such as bicycles and electric kickboards.
In-Wheel motors do not need the engine, gearbox, wheel and all the parts connecting them, which are used in the existing internal combustion engine. The brake is directly mounted on each wheel and can be controlled. 
The current EV vehicle platform has a different structure from existing vehicles, so the role of the inverter between the front and rear wheels is the most important for function, and the company is also developing an inverter.

Prior to full-scale commercialization, the company hopes to enter the Southeast Asian market, including India, so they hopes to cooperate with mobility-related companies such as electric scooters and electric bicycles in the region.
