The company is supplying Situation(Control) Room Wired/wireless call integrated Recording device, ‘AnyRec Master.’ By optimal redundancy design and software engine development, the company implemented the fault-tolerance system and improve the stability, reliability and economy of the recording device.  The company is looking for a business partner or sales line to sell control room wired/wireless call integrated recording devices to European countries.

The product provided by the company is a device that automatically records various wired and wireless call records in a control room that protects people's safety and property in case of an emergency such as a disaster/national security. The advantages of this product are-

1. The first fault-tolerance design reflecting product in Korea and abroad
- Designed by integrating parallel process circuits on a single board
- Designed integrated parallel circuits with EMC in mind.

1.The optimal Fault tolerance Design
Considering the purpose of use of the recording device, the stability and reliability of the recording file are very important, so the customer is demanding redundancy, and accordingly, the advancement of the redundancy technology is necessary.

Most other companies' products consist of simple multiple analog recorders and servers to establish redundancy. In this case, there is a problem in that the construction cost rapidly increases due to the simple multiple recording units accounting for 50% of the total price of the recording device on the basis of 80ch.

Our product reflects the parallel process integration design on singular recording board  in consideration of EMC. In the event of a failure of the first process, fault-tolerance is implemented in which the function is normally performed as the second process. Redundancy construction cost is greatly reduced by about 24% compared to other products based on 80ch.

2.Structure that can respond quickly to failure
By designing the core module in a detachable structure, which accounts for about 70% of the failure causes of the recording board, 
- In the event of a failure in the recording board, the module can be  removed at the site, and the failure can be quickly responded to by checking bug and replacing the module.
     - Unlike other companies’ products that replace the entire recording board, replacement costs can be reduced by up to 87% by replacing only the faulty module.

 

 


3.Error of Recording file is 0%
Most Recording device is installed in the communication room of the situation room, and external radio disturbance frequently occurs in the communication room environment. This causes a temporary system error, resulting in an error in which packets are dropped in the process of creating a recording file.

Other companies’ products do not have a special error detection method, which causes one of the following problems.
- It is impossible to systematically check for errors before the administrator plays the recorded file as needed.
- There is a serious legal problem, namely, the loss of the recording file for the subsequent reading of the situation, that is, the evidence material.

To solve this problem, our product is equipped with an engine that reflects technologies such as voice source Fourier transform and voice level deviation analysis. Detects/alarms errors in real time in the process of creating a recording file, and immediately checks for errors in the system. In addition, it creates a normal recording file through the temporary saved data related to the error file.
                

4.Enhance the Situation analysis Performance
In the situation room, in the process of handling the received case, related calls from multiple channels occur simultaneously, In order to accurately and efficiently analysis the situation of this incident in post-mortem, the performance that  listen to the recording files of multiple channels  based on time simultaneously is required.

Other companies' products do not have a special multi-channel simultaneous listening method, and this has the following problems.
By listening to the recording files of multi-channel separately for analyzing the situation, It has difficult to read the situation accurately. In fact, customers such as subway transportation institute and airports are implementing the simultaneous listening function by building separate equipment.

To solve this problem, our product is equipped with a Multi-channel audio Mixing Engine. Create an integrated file by mixing multi-channel audio based on time without a separate device. Through the integrated file, you can listen to multiple channels of audio at the same time based on time, and the efficiency of analyzing situation in post-mortem has been strengthened.
