Description

A Greek IT SME focuses on business software and telematics solutions specialized in mobility. The company offers two solutions in fleet and workforce management that improves the monitoring and operations of personnel. 

 

The company offers a platform that helps the employee to manage the work of mobile workforce (e.g. external technicians). The system provides the ability to manage digitally the work carried out by professional technicians. Showcases include breakdowns, repairs, maintenance, services provision, upgrades, reconstructions and quality control. The platform has an operation center that assigns work to the most suitable and available technician. This is done automatically by using the technology mobile platform and categorizing the case regarding its urgency and type of work needed. The platform then sends the details of the technical failure to the mobile phone or tablet of the technician. If the failure is not urgent, the operational center can schedule a visit on a specific day and time. The appointments are coordinated by the supervisor according to where the technicians are located on the map using GPS technology. During the delivery of service the technician updates the system regarding the work needed and can be informed on past data regarding the specific client. The data can be connected with ERP and CRM systems and the workforce can be informed on historical data of each client.
